Return Policy

We are no longer doing exchanges or returns. Everything is FINAL SALE.

You may purchase merchandise from this website by using any one of the payment options listed in the checkout section. The Fabulous Horse reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Items may be returned within 0 days of receipt of the shipment for exchange or refund on your credit card if accompanied by a receipt. Items must be in new, re-sellable condition with tags in place. Used or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Items must be free of dirt and any other foreign matter so please take appropriate precautions in trying on the merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable unless a product is returned due to an error on the part of The Fabulous Horse. Return policy does not apply to special order or drop ship items.

Exchanges:

Clearance Items are non-returnable. Semi-Annual Sale & End of Season sale items are non-returnable. 

Bits are not returnable/refundable due to hygeine reasons.

Ship all returns along with a copy of your receipt and the reason for return or exchange of information.
